A day where anyone's self-esteem could at rock bottom after coming out from the meeting. Knowing the worst that could happen...all one can do is keep quiet, say less and take all the bullets one could.
When the one on top needs some "buffer"....that means the one at the bottom must be prepared to be put on the chopping board...and becomes the "buffer" or bullet proof jacket.
Morale of the lesson: be an idiot or act like one....or else poeple make u feel like an useless idiot.
