Welcome 2010......Happy New Year!

So, how was the 2010 new year been welcomed?? Well, definitely not joining the crowds to countdown at one of the countdown parties in town...in fact those era had been gone from my dictionary for years. Age had caught up ma :)
I prefer to stay at home and sitting in front the idiot box (a term used by a friend) means "layan tv"...hahaha. Well, in fact there were more....since everytime i opened the fridge....OMG! Still got those leftover food (especially meats) in the fridge from Christmas! So, a friend of mine came out with this idea......

Yeah....we make use of whatever usable, available items in the kitchen....and turned them into:
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
....Pizzzzzzzzzzzzzzza!
Chicken Breast Ham and Roasted Turducken Pizza!! (ABC of all the leftover meats and lots of cheeses!)
Seafood Pizza (Squids, crabsticks, prawns, dory fish, pineapple and tomatoes dice..& lots of cheeses!)

Seafood Fetucinne Carborana. Half portion of the ingredients from the Seafood Pizza. Pan fried the dory with garlics & olive oil...then the rest of the seafood ingredients and mix in a can of Prego's Mushroom Carborana sauce.

Easy and fast (the bachelor way!) and dinner is served! Of course has to go together with the leftover wines in the fridge :)

Could not find them in Carrefour or Giant, probably not in good demand. Not sure about Tesco....but Cold Storage surely has it. Each pack comes with 2. Plastic packaging is the thin crust type. Paper box packaging is of thick crust.
