It was quite a simple and moderate celebration back in penang after it has been years the family has not be gathered together in such....it was like either i go down to Singapore or they come up to KL....but for my bro....he always remain in penang (even alone in penang!)
Like other years.....steamboat as our reunion dinner is a must by default....easy to prepare....cepat dimasak....sedap dimakan.
My niece....gelagak budak masa makan...
Visiting Kek Lok Si Temple on the 2nd Day for praying.....the place is packed with crowds, poeple mountain people sea....locals, burmese, vietnamese....etc.
Yes darling...i know the weather is darn hot....smile to the camera pls.....
Of course once you are at Ayer Itam.....how can you miss the Assam Laksa here.....hehehe
Of course...is hard to survive CNY without "Bu Lang sai"....this one went keh poh at neighbour downstairs when got to know got free lion dance entertainment....hehehe
The lions busy doing their "work" aka "peeling job".......behind the scene.
....and also performing some trick/magic.....i.e. to grow the "sang choy" on the pamelo! Wa lau...like that also can.
...then free entertainment is over....so does the 2010 CNY celebration! Have a great year ahead!
