Should it or should it not...???

Yeah....i know it is kind of trend thingy, a way to keep your children sit tight while on the move or simply for showing off......lots people would fix vcd/dvd player in their car and a 7" LCD display to play their favorite shows/movies.....not only in their MPV, Space wagon....etc....now you can see quite a number installed in normal passenger cars??? Just like this one infront of me while driving home from work last night....

I was quite annoyed with the driver in front of me on the way he drives.....obviously his focus was not on the road....it was on the LCD display that is fixed on the dashboard "close" to the driver!!! No! that is not a GPS device ok? I drove near enough to observe and decided to take this picture while at the traffic lights. So, busy meh? Until you don't have time to catch your favorite movie but watch it while you drive!!???

Question: Should the authority comes out with some rules on what/where this device should be fixed e.g. back seat head rest, front passenger seat sun shade, car roof...etc. to ensure basic safety of road users? I mean not only the person drive the vehicle...but other road users as well???

You tell me.....should it or should it not to allow such kind of fixing the LCD display on the dashboard and close to the driver? This would definitely distract the driver! If you want to go to hell...please go alone ok!? Be considerate to other road users! Another selfish/brainless idiot on the road......
